If your child cannot be mature in a kitchen setting, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This is not a latch-key or babysitting service. Only serious applicants, please. Please call 203-543-9493 for more information. An interview will be set up with you and your child to determine if they are suitable for this program. We will only accept students that are serious about learning to cook and be healthy eaters. Students will handle cooking utensils and kitchen equipment that may be potentially dangerous if mis-used.
